Game still says pre ordered even though it has been released

I recently pre ordered Inside on the xbox one store. It said it would not be playable until 00:01 on 29 June AEST.

I pre downloaded the game onto my console and when it finished, it said it had been pre ordered.

Today is 29 May, and when I went to start the game, it still said it hadn't been released yet. I double-checked and this is the day it is released.

I tried restarting the console but had the same result. Is anyone experiencing a similar issue?

Punch card messed up

Hello,

I pre ordered For Honor on the 13th February when I got paid because I knew it was coming out on the 14th February, but on my punch card it does not say pre-ordered it says released even though it not?

Pre order help

so i pre ordered warriors orochi 4 on 22nd september, the money was taken out of my account on the 9th oct, release date is 19th, but on my order history it still says pre ordered, and not completed, even though the money has been taken out of my account
for days, the game is fully installed on my xbox but im worried as it hasnt completed yet, any help, already spoken to virtual agent, no help at all.

i just want to know if this has happened to any of you, like i said money has been taken and game is fully installed, it releases friday.

Despite it saying that on the store the developers said the game wouldn't be playable until 11am BST.

It should be playable now.

Sorry,though it was a pre order.

You can still try contacting support as there's usually a 30 day period that they will give you a refund after a games release.

Think this game has been out longer than 30 days though so you may be out of luck.

The answer here is quite simple. The PSN is a pre-order, not a pre-load. On PSN you can only pre-load days before the game is released. On XB1 you can only pre-load/pre-order when there is a game to actually download. Meaning the game has gone "Gold." The
reason we can't pre-download right now is that the game is still not finished. Not ready to be put on discs and not ready to be put up on servers for pre-download. As soon as it is, the pre-load will be available.

Personally I prefer this to PSN's pre-order because at least you know the game is ready when you do it on XB1 but you could shell out that cash for the PSN version and the game and the game might miss it's release date and you have cash in limbo for no reason.
Pre-orders are stupid. XB1's pre-order/pre-loads are a breath of fresh air in an otherwise greedy game economy.

"Pre-order this game now from Gamestop, even though the game has no release date and won't be seen on shelves for over a year." . . . ridiculous.

That was in reference to the new Batman game btw, not GTA V

Unfortunately there isn't an option to purchase pre-order conent once the game has been released. If they are ever released outside of pre-order be sure to keep an eye out for announcements.
