    Game still in library after canceling digital pre-order


    I purchased Fallout 4 digitally via the Xbox Games Store on Xbox One on 10/30/2015. I canceled it that same day. However in the my games & apps section, it's still there, and on top of that, I received a code for Fallout 3 on 11/4/2015. I'm not redeeming
    the code or downloading the game, because I don't want to get in trouble...but when will those disappear?

    Will we be able to pre-download games on the Xbox one so they are playable on the day they come out? Also will all games be offered in digital form on day one? Finally, is there a way to keep my library all digital and still get pre-order exclusives?

    Will people who purchase Destiny digitally off Xbox Marketplace get a beta code?

    Pre-ordered a physcial copy to get a the beta as well, plan on canceling once the beta is over. We need digital pre-order options and bonuses!

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in cancelling your pre-order for Monster Hunter World: Icebourne so that you may purchase the digital deluxe version. You should be able to cancel you pre-order from your

    transaction history in the Microsoft website    . We recommend locating the pre-order in the list of transaction and attempting to cancel the pre-order from there. Once the pre-order has been canceled, you can go ahead and pre-order the digital deluxe version
    of Icebourne. Be sure to let us know the results!
