    The console takes a while to start and when I try to log into my account the error appears (0x80a30204) and that the "home" took too long to start

    Problems starting

    Any solution to this? I'm seeing this issue now. For some reason TV wasn't starting. So now I held the power button 'til it shut off. Waited 30 seconds and turned it back on. Now I can't boot and just see "Home took too long to start"

    Hey! It seems that the issue is the game was purchased on another person's account. Even if they are on your Xbox for them to able to share that game with you, that Xbox must be set as the home Xbox for the other user.

    Check your Microsoft account purchases to be sure you did not purchase it while logged into the wrong account.

  5. Have you tried doing a full power cycle? Sometimes it just needs a little restart for everything to sync up properly.

    Also check here with the account you are logged in on to make sure it is reflected in the purchase history of that account. Otherwise if it was purchased on a different tag, that tag would need to be logged in additionally to play the game (if the console
    being played on is not the home console of that tag)

    Hey Anton, that's very odd!

    Try this please.

    Turn off the console.

    Remove the power cable from the Xbox.

    Wait 15 seconds.

    Plug the cable back in.

    Reboot the console.

    Try to play the game.

    Let me know if it works! :)

    I would advise clearing the cache, but as you have done this procedure, I advise you to uninstall and install again.
