its me again. First of all: Its a shame that you deleted my post because its very hard for me to write in english.

I chatted yesterday with the Xbox Live Support AND THEY TOLD ME to write this in here.

So why you deleted it without any commentary? It cant be legal to share games in a value of hundreds of euros. Its a crime and you as MS must do something against it. I know you have Billions of Dollars but for me its not fair that so many gamers do this thing
without getting caught.

So I chatted today again with the support and they told ME AGAIN to post another thread in here.

So here I am again.

Please do something against this illegal game sharing!

If its possible I send the gamertags as a PN to a mod. I leave my email if you want to contact me.

For some one who has a hard time writing in English props better then most English speaking people can write. But I have no idea what they are talking about, only that a post was removed.

 

Are you complaining about other people sharing games? I am really having a difficult time following your thought. Sorry.

Many of my friends who play XBOX ONE do illegal game sharing. I am on Ps4 and this is only my old Xbox 360 Account.

Everytime i met them they tell me how easy it is to share the games on Xbox One. So I think that is a crime and they do this for a couple of years.

Why MS dont do something against that? I chattet three times with the support and gave them all the gamertags but nothing happened. Yesterday they bought Witcher 3 and GTA V and shared it so only one person had to pay and the other person (who is NOT THE
BROTHER OR A FAMILY MEMBER) get the game for free.

Its a shame that you do nooooooothing. I also sent the gamertag to one of the Moderators here in the Forum, but nothing happened. Why?

Crime is a Crime and game must be fair play. No chance for cheaters!!!!!!

 

So you are complaining about game sharing on xbox one? Not exactly illegal.

 

It is not illegal. They are just using it as designed although not necessarily for the purpose for which it was designed. Using it this way could impact them negatively in the future.

The people in the Xbox chat told me that it is illegal and I should write it into the forum, because it is not their area of ​​responsibility.

So why you say it isnt illegal? They are not related and dont live together. They are just friends and save with this method hundreds of euros each years since 2011.

It cant be legal to copy games.

This is a support forum monitored mostly by users just like yourself. There is really nothing that we can do and as stated previously they are just taking advantage of the design.

 

No one told you it is illegal. Don't lie. It makes you look foolish. The reason no one told you it is illegal, is because it is not illegal. Do you honestly believe Microsoft doesn't know people are sharing games? It's not like 100 people can all play the
games I buy. I can share games with one person. And that one person can share his games with me, and only me. Stop being a jealous whiner because no one likes you enough to game share and move on with your life.

 

Gamesharing is a feature of the xbox one & not illegal.

It's something you can do with family or close friends so whoever told you it was illegal is talking rubbish.

In any case,reporting someone can only be done via your console & not on the forums or via phone/chat support.

In both of the Xbox live chats the employees told me that game sharing is totaly illegal, but they told me also that this ist not their area of responsibilty so they gave me the link of the embassador forum.

But as I have written it into that forum the mod deleted it. So I wrote this new post and got this E-Mail:

You also say that this is a feature and totally legal. How can it be legal, if they do it for years, hack their Gamerscore also with a hacking progamm and cheat MS a lot of money with that method.

So sword style: I am not a whiner but I am very disappointed of MS, because me as a honest person must pay 70 euros each Ps4 game and this people get everything for free. Do you know how hard it is to unlock trophys? Unlock hard trophys like in Gran Turismo
where you spend days to collect them all. But this people just hack their gamerscore and get everything they want and nobody cares..

Gamesharing is so illegal on the xbox one there's a page in support that tells you how to set up your "home" console in order to do it.

Modding Gamerscore however IS against the ToU/CoC & as I've already said,the ONLY way to report someone is via your console.It CAN'T be done via phone/chat or on the forums.

The enforcement team do not read these forums & only accept reports made via your console.

 

Yes I know that. But this "Home console" is only for home use. Its created for family members. If a father buys a lot of games his son can play this games too.

But it is not created to douplicate the games with friends, who dont live in the same house. Thats the illegal game sharing. Thats also against the ToU/coC. You can read it. But however.

If i want to report this people via my console, there is no option for illegal game sharing and also no option for gamerscore hacking.

So there is no chance to do something against it and the criminals have won. I must accept that. But thank you for your help. Cu
