Game Sharing (Xbox)

I'm game sharing with an account and have used up all of the home Xbox switches (don't ask how), however
I am unable to access the survey to acquire an extra home Xbox switch that is supposed to be available after you run out of switches. I don't know why, I haven't taken the survey before, but can't get the option to take it after pressing "help"
once the prompt stating that I have used all of my switches appears. The only options I receive are the following:

1. "What's a home Xbox"
2. "Choose a home Xbox"
3. "How switching works"
4. "Number of switches" (Tells me I'm out of switches and gives me the option to basically return to the home Xbox page)

I don't have an option to take the survey or anything like that, I'm mostly wondering if anyone else is having this issue currently, and if anyone has a solution to this or any advice that could help me or others with tackling this problem. This would be
greatly appreciated, and thanks for taking the time to read over my issues or help me in any way possible.
