    Game sharing Xbox One S & Xbox Series S


    I’ve recently purchased my an Xbox series S

    Before the series S my Xbox one S was set to my sons home and his to mine so we could share my gold & game pass. I set up the series S with my details (which automatically made it my home Xbox) The Series S is now set as his home Xbox and his Xbox one is set as my home Xbox.

    The problem is on the series S my son has full access to everything, but on the one S nothing, every game tells him that I need to be logged in

    Just to reiterate:

    My Series S = his home

    His One S = my home

    Thanks to Xbox live chat and other useless solutions we both have zero home swaps left, and as far as I can tell the above should work.

    Can anybody please help?

    If xbox one s then no it has to run thru xcloud as the hardware isn't powerful enough meaning non subscriber accounts can't use it

    Series s can run it natively thru home share

    Xbox one s does and that isn't a series s

    Xbox one games are compatible with xbox one games whenever it is one x or s

    Series consoles are just xbox series NOT one s or x

    They labeled series consoles that way for a reason to differentiate xbox one games from series games

    1. Xbox one disc is original - subscription on this account
    2. Xbox series s digital - linked to subscription
    3. Xbox series s currently plays online
    • Forza horizon 4
    • Fifa 21
    • Rocket league
    1. Xbox one has all games downloaded on to it as they aren't disc versions
    2. Xbox series s has games shared to it
    3. If they series s is changed to home, what happens to the xbox one?
    • Can xbox one play the games online?
    • Says we can only change home 3 more times
    • I don't won't to change if it means xbox one can't play games online

    There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!
