    We have 2 xbox in the house. Is it possible to share ONE xbox live gold membership so both kids can play at the same time ?

    also is it possible to share a game so they can play at the same time - yet only buy it once ?

    we bought COD black ops and both downloaded the game on their boxes and it seemed to work for a while as we had used the change home xbox feature .

    I then cancelled one xbox live gold as i thought we could share that . Im now having problems that are confusing as it also says on one xbox that the trial period has run out . Help !

    will restoring the second xbox live gold fix it

    Hey MsTheGamer290! To share Xbox Live Gold you will want the master account to set the family's Xbox console as their Home Console. This will allow all users that play on that Xbox to utilize Xbox Live Gold features and games owned by the master account.

    You could put both accounts on the Xbox One and share the Live Gold as well as the games belonging to each. Unfortunately you can't merge the purchases of one account with another but the Xbox One does have a share feature.
