Game sharing worries:

Hello, Today I was wondering if my credit card info shows up on the persons account if I decide to buy a game with my credit card from my account. I'm game sharing with my friend and I'm worried that he'll see my credit card info if I buy a game for my account.

No worries, the game would be fine even if there are multiple profiles on the console. Also, instead of purchasing the game twice it is possible to set up

game sharing. This will allow the profiles to share games, Xbox Game pass and Xbox Live Gold.

I'm more worried about game sharing. Currently we only have around 8 titles in the house which are shared on a daily basis between my kids and I. If games are tied to a gamertag, that isn't going to work any more.

Home console and your account is onlymeant for you and your family only

Not for sharing with the neighbourhood

 

Not to.mention he doesn't need to have access to your account if you make his your home console

It only has to be there once then can be removrd

So if you keep changing your home consoe your family can't use your games while it is not on your home console since your "friend has it" and then if you hit the 3 per year limit.you have to wait 1year since the last home console transfer before you can
do anything

 

You will be required t be signed in in order to use your games hence why game sharing isn't recommended not toentire if you leave your account there he can make purchases
