    game sharing on a new xbox one console


    I recently had a roommate that I would share xbox games with. he never bought games for me and was using me. we had a fallout and I had to kick him out lol. he wont answer his phone and I cant access his xbox anymore. I changed my password and made my account
    my home xbox so he wouldn't get my games. now im trying to game share with my brother. I set his account as my home xbox and im able to play his games that he bought. I have my account on his xbox also but i cant set it as my home xbox so he can have my games
    also. i only shared 1 out 3 times since i bought my xbox one. is their any solutions around this?

    Xbox live sharing

    ive heard from friends that if I have Xbox live gold subscription on my xbox, if I make a new profile it will just autmoatically share to that one but when I finally made a new one, my gold isn't sharing to it. why not? does it make a difference if I'm game
    sharing with a friend and his console is my home console?

    can i have the same account playing on two different consoles at the same time?

    i am currently sharing an xbox one with my brother, but am planning on buying one of my own. Is it possible to share games between consoles and make my new console the main one?

    If your (ex) room mate is using a new (Home) Xbox One of his own, then you will no longer have access to his games on your console. The only option is to purchase those games yourself.

    Also, if their account is still on your console, remove it. Any time you access someone else's account without their permission, you are violating the Terms of Use, and can be banned from the service.

    I'm curious to know if the Home Console features and game sharing will work between the XB1X and the current XB1 consoles. My wife and I game share, but can't afford to replace both consoles at once so I'm hoping we can still game share with one of us on
    the new console and one of us on the older one.

    Thank you for your post! I understand you are looking to share content on a new Xbox One using the Home Xbox Setting. Only one console can be set as "home" per account so in order to share content to your new console, the previous home Xbox will have shared
    game & Xbox Live privileges. For more information check out: Designate a home Xbox.

    You can always access your content as long as you are signed into live without doing a new home console

    But then you are stuck with the always connected

    You just have to install from ready to install vs automatic install from home console
