Game Sharing / License Transfer questions

Hi people. Hope someone here can help me with a few questions regarding game sharing on the Xbox One. Myself and my brother both have Xbox One consoles. We want to take advantage of the game sharing / license transferring that can be done with the consoles.
I just have a couple of questions:

1. My brother uses monthly direct debit to pay for Live Gold, but I pay a yearly fee. If I set my Xbox as my brother's home Xbox, does this mean I also carry his Live subscription method to my console? And if he sets his Xbox as my xbox home, does this mean
he will get an annual subscription? I would prefer to keep my annual subscription to be honest.

2. Regarding future purchases. Lets say I wish to download a game in the future. Do I sign into my gamertag and make the purchase? If my xbox is my brother's home xbox, does this mean if I buy it on my gamertag using his home xbox that I will not hold the
license if we decide not to game share in the future?

Sorry for the confusion, I am just not entirely sure how these things work. We are eager to start sharing our libraries with eachother however I am more concerned about our separate live subscription methods and also exactly how I should make future purchases
in the store (without worrying about losing the game licenses myself if we decide to stop game sharing) Thanks for your help in advance

Problem with license transfering

Me and my brother are sharing xbox and we need too license transfer so we can play the games on our own profiles. And we are wondering if we can license transfer? Because it says that i have to wait about 3 months.

For now, there's no library sharing per se. What you can do is set your Home console as the console at his location, and he can set his Home console as the one at your location. That way, any games you buy will be playable by anyone at your brother's location,
and any games your brother buys will be playable at your location.

P.S. Paying monthly for Live is a bad idea. He should get a 12 month card when it goes on sale for $40 and apply that to his account.

Lets say I wish to buy a game after setting my home xbox to my brother's location. From my home, can I simply buy the game using my gamertag?

I don't think I am explaining this right, I do apologize. I am more concerned if we decide to not game share a year down the line, and I lose purchases that I made after setting my home xbox at his location.

Lets say I set this up today, and my xbox is my brother's home xbox and his xbox is my home xbox. I buy UFC next week, using my gamertag on his home xbox. What would happen if I decide to change my home xbox to the xbox in my location (back to normal)? Would
I keep the UFC game I bought on my gamertag (even though I did not purchase it on my home xbox)?

any games you buy under your name are yours. Does not matter what console you purchased them on or where your HOME console is located. 5 years from now, say you get a new XB, set it as your home. Your brother will loose all the games YOU purchased and you
will loose all the games HE purchased

Firstly if you you have 1 person on your console that has a gold account no one else needs a gold account, to have gold access.

However buys the game owns the game, if you and your brother fall out, the GT which bought the games will effectively own the games, so the other will be without.
