Game sharing gold issues

I am still prompted to purchase gold or ultimate even though it is being shared to me when I attempt to play online, it will deny me access if I say no. the only I have been able to play is if I sign in on both accounts and keep the one with the subscription signed in while I play on the other, this is acceptable for a few games but it becomes a problem when my account with a subscription is labeled as a child account making me unable to play certain games with it signed in (it's a long story but we can't change it from a child account and that's that's I made the 2nd one in the first place)

I understand thank you for the help, if it does not resolve I'll try and get some help from Microsoft.

I have just done this, it has not resolved the issue. I am currently uninstalling the game and all it's add ons and reinstalling them to see if this resolves it, I am going to try and play other games online and see if this problem also occurs to them

Edit: it does effect other games as well
