    Game Share Problems


    Hi I would really appreciate some help with this issue so my friend has FIFA 19 digitally and I logged into his account on my Xbox and set it as my home Xbox I then logged off his account onto mine and started downloading the game no issues the problem came
    once he went onto his account and he opened up Fifa 19 it said something went wrong do you own this game or has the demo ran out. I now feel really bad as he can not play the game on his account.

    Help would be appreciated thanks,

    I'm sorry to see any issues downloading a game! I'm wondering if the purchase didn't go through properly. If your friend is relative to your location, are they able to log into their account and find out if they can download it themselves? Let me know how

    There can be violations of the Terms of Service in how some people implement, but setting a console, regardless of location, as Home Console itself does not violate the terms. If you give someone else your account credentials to log in and set
    it, then yes. Is it against the spirit of the setting? Sure. Is it against the letter of the setting? Not necessarily.

    Am i the only one whos forgetting game sharing is breaking the terms?

    the home console feature is designed for family. Sharing games with your friends because you dont want to buy games isnt allowed.
