Discus and support Game share problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Ive had a very hard time finding help for this and ive attempted ti contact xbox support directly but i never got through .     Game share problem


    Ive had a very hard time finding help for this and ive attempted ti contact xbox support directly but i never got through . My friend and i gameshared , so that we could play fallout 76 together , however after the process was done i did not find fallout
    76 under ready to install which was very strange since my friend had digitally purchased it on his account. So i didnt think much of it but when i went to the store i checked every version of the game and no where did it say i could install the product.The
    only hypothesis i can muster is where i installed it for the free weekend and uninstalled it afterwards it messed something up, im very clueless and any help would greatly be appreciated .thankyou

    I'm sorry to see any issues downloading a game! I'm wondering if the purchase didn't go through properly. If your friend is relative to your location, are they able to log into their account and find out if they can download it themselves? Let me know how
    it goes. :)

    There can be violations of the Terms of Service in how some people implement, but setting a console, regardless of location, as Home Console itself does not violate the terms. If you give someone else your account credentials to log in and set
    it, then yes. Is it against the spirit of the setting? Sure. Is it against the letter of the setting? Not necessarily.

    Am i the only one whos forgetting game sharing is breaking the terms?

    the home console feature is designed for family. Sharing games with your friends because you dont want to buy games isnt allowed.
