Game Share console origin purchase?

Just wondering is sharing all games any game rather what have you, is it per console bound as in per purchasing what are the logistics of sharing across multiple accnt.s and consoles. Just purchased a new series s and ac val was stored in its memory even after being wiped or to that extent. It shares on to two accounts on one console but doesnt appear on secound console games owned for perhaps the obvs reason I technically didnt make that purchase but its prior owner. The accounts are both the same across both consoles so logic if fails it should work I guess but simply isnt.

When sharing games, this can only be done with one console and is designed for a family setting so essentially if there was a game room that had a console for the family, the parent would often make the purchases from their account and if the parent logs into that account on the family Xbox and designate it as their home console, this would allow ALL accounts that log in on that one console to access the purchased games.

However, aslong as the parent is logging into the purchasing account, the parent will be able to play those purchased games from ANY console the account is logged in on.

It wont be possible to share games with multiple consoles at a single time.

If you are sharing a console then you should have access to the game and DLC content that the original purchaser shares with you. In game content (if any) such as skins, etc. will not be available.

Games are tied to the console they were purchased on as well as the gamertag they were purchased with. All of the accounts can share the games if they are playing on the original console that purchased the game. If you're playing it on a different console
that doesn't have that console license, then you have to be signed in with the gamertag that purchased the game.
