game share add ons

I have been gamesharing with a friend of mine for a long time now, and he has been with me as well , we share games and etc. when we used to buy add ons for games we both used to get them. now when we buy add ons only one of us gets them. Why? did something
change? or is there just a error on our side? please help would really like to know what is happening and would like to know (if has been done) why they made it that add ons can't be shared

oh wow okay I didn't know gamesharing was such a huge issue if its not with family. thanks for your support

if your on about in game passes they are account specific only.

plus sharing like that is against the t&c's and can result in a ban, the home xbox feature is for the home, that is to chare with family in the same household or for when you need to replace or just upgrade your xbox.

alright. it was just a bit weird at the time as add ons also used to be shared and now they don't so. thanks for the help

Some DLC's seem to work & some do not (possibly because they're account specific)

Also sharing in such a manner is not actually allowed.
