    Game Servers Disconnecting


    My games work for a few minutes, then disconnect from the in-game servers. The games then crash.

    My internet connection is fine though.

    Ive tried:

    Resetting modem

    Re-installing games

    Clearing the cache

    Signing in/out of the xbox

    Any help is appreciated!

    getting the same problem, is it an xbox one S you have? Just got a replacement console and the issue still persists with very little help from microsoft on what could be causing this.

    yes, but i can immediately go to any app that uses an internet connection and use it without any problems. its just games that fk me.

    Wifi can be quite unreliable. Various things can cause poor wifi strength.

    Are you able to move the console closer to the router to test.

    If this does work, try Ethernet plugs.
