Game servers connection issues

Are you getting a notice that says you are to serve a 5 minute penalty?

If you are not losing you Live connection, it sounds like it is just the game servers that having the connection issue. This can happen when the game servers are being updated, when they are overloaded, etc., and it not actually an Xbox issue. When this
happens, try exiting the game and restarting. The only thing you can do it try to connect to a different game server and/or wait out the connection issues.

I am playing on my PC from the downloaded Bingo game. My internet connection is strong and I'm not having problems with the other Xbox live games like solitaire connection or Mahjong. I see on the Bingo discussion and support pages that this is a global
problem with server connection issues that Microsoft keeps experiencing and not just an issue with me so I'll wait until the problem gets resolved.

Does Microsoft post updates when there are large connectivity issues with updates or information on when these will be fixed?

What device are you playing on and how are you connected to the internet? Do you see any errors in other games on the device you're playing on and have you tried to uninstall and reinstall it yet?

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.
