    To whoever already has this problem.

    Today i wanted to play Assassin's Creed odissey. However, before launching, the message advises me there is a new update of 6Giga.

    I launch the download and try to launch something else.

    When i come back to the download, i see that the game has actually been deleted from the console and that i have to actually reinstall the whole game (59Giga).

    What the .. ?

    And please don't tell me my saves have been deleted as well ...

    are you installing to the internal drive or to an external hard drive?

    I don’t think that your saved has been deleted but you’ll have to download the game again, maybe you gave it to uninstall unintentionally

    It sounds like the update was cancelled somehow. If an update is cancelled it will delete the entire game as well.

    The saves would be fine since those are separate from the game data.

    We have many posts about that problem dear sir. Support are doing their best to resolve the problem. All we ask is a little patience. I know that is no confort, but problem will be shurely fixed. Thank you for coming to us.
    Well i've seen post talking about this issue from 4y ago so hopefully not that long ...
