    Game seems frozen


    I started Dance Central Spotlight as a way to workout. When prompted for a time, I selected 10 min. After 10 min, it stopped. It never went to another menu, its stuck there. I shut the system off. Today it seemed like it was starting yet after logging
    in, it went to where it stopped yesterday and is still sitting there . How do I unstick it and continue? I'm hoping to get todays session in when I get home from work? Thanks for any and all assistance.

    Hello.

    I am taking part in the Free Ride mission of November, as I participated in the previous month (October). But since the beginning of November there is no progress in my missions.

    Nothing I played in November appears on the My Rewards page.

    The page looks frozen showing the last game used in October.

    I can not find adequate support to answer my questions.

    The information seems easy to understand, but the achievements are not to be desired.

    I contacted Xbox Support and they were unable to resolve my issue or my Xbox Rewards account that did not update.

    Please, I hope someone can help me.

    Game seems frozen

    Did you try force closing the game? (To do that you go to the home screen with dance central selected and hit the start button->Quit) You could also try power cycling your xbox (Holding the power button until the console shuts off and unplugging the power
    cord for 30 seconds) if that doesn't work you may have to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Also I just got on the game myself. After you select 10 minutes it doesn't automatically go to the next menu. You have to move the screen to the right and choose your routines and then player info. Not sure maybe you didn't see that. The game doesn't make
    it very clear.

    Hi,

    thank you for your reply. I checked the steps, and none of them seems to correspond to my problem. To be precise, the game is not completely frozen: I'm playing with an xbox controller, and if I press a button on the keyboard, button's icons in the game switch from xbox-like to pc-like, so the game is not frozen at all. Anyway, none of the buttons I press seems to do anything.

    Im getting this issue today well thats if it makes it past the connecting online symbol as it just seems to sit there the bottom right logo is moving then it stops and the game is frozen causing the game to be restarted.
