Game Scratched Disc( GTA V)

Dear tech support. problem with the xbox 360 has recently occurred (ie, console scratched disc) The disc does not work anymore. Perhaps if a disk replacement (GTA V)?

My Xbox scratched my GTA V

You know I think there may be something up with the speed required for the disc to spin in the Xbox for this game. I've had 2 GTA V discs scratched already, glad I bought the disc insurance at EB Games and *Knock on Wood* my 360 hasn't scratched any other
discs. Suspicious indeed.

Moving GTA 5 game play disc to USB? How?

Can I still install the GTA V play disc to the USB even if the play disc cant be read on the xbox or its all scratched up?

Unfortunately, there is no way to get Microsoft to send you a replacement disc of GTAV if it got scratched.

Microsoft does have a
disc replacement program, but it only applies to Microsoft-published games.

However, Microsoft does recommend that for non-Microsoft published games, you should contact the other publisher (in your case, Rockstar) directly. Any receipt of purchase or other documentation in your possession may help. Try your luck by submitting a
support ticket here: Rockstar Games Customer Support

Despite any circumstance, it can be difficult to prove whether a disc is worthy of a warranty replacement due a variety of factors. While the Xbox 360 is known to scratch up discs for some unlucky few, many companies are basically unwilling to send you a
replacement disc without a ton of very specific stipulations.

You may most likely end up replacing GTAV at your own expense. I'd suggest buying a used disc on eBay/Amazon/yard sale to save some money, or just buy the digital version so you don't have to deal with disc scratching.
