    my gamer score was Gamer Score Reset

    you have your self to blame you got cought for cheating thats why your tag said cheater dont mod your gamerscore next time.

    why is it that if you add up the final score of each player at the end of the game .... it is NOT equal to the final score of the game, which was 1000-520 ...winning team score = 1865 .... loosing team score = 860 .... so how do they score it

    I'm sorry to see any gamerscore issues! Sometimes this ends up being just a visual error, rather than an error with the service. When it comes to achievements, we ask customers to wait 72 hours to have everything sync back up, and then let us know what it's
    like then.

    If it's already been longer than 72 hours since you noticed, let me know that! We'll want to dig into it further from there. :)

    Hi

    Do you mean your gamer points have been reset/taken?

    This will normally only happen when the enforcement team have seen something wrong with them.

    I would ring MS customer service and ask why that has happened as they are the only ones with access to view your account and see what's happened.
