Game says to purchase when I have the disc

Try to remove the profile that has the game's license, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in!

If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

Also, It would be great if you can delete the local save of the game.

If the issue persists, try to soft reset your console!

it's wanting me to purchase the game again even if I have the disc in the console. I have tried network transferring it will download but then say I do not own the game. when I go into a world it says that I can download it for free b/c I have the disc
but then when I click on it, it brings me to the store and telling me to buy it again

Maybe they're having problems. I know I can't finish the last 6 hours of my free trial of Andromeda because they claim I'm not signed into my own account.

So when you put the disc in the console and go to the game to play it, it says

"Do you own this game or app if so to sign into the account that purchased the game or app?"

This is with the disc in the console?

With disc gamesthe license for the games is on the disc so you have to keep the disc in the console in order to play.

It should also work on Xbox One bc.
