Game says I need to sign in to the account I used, never had to sign into different...

I redeemed a gift card that had the legacy edition so I didn't buy it directly from the store but it used to work fine for months until recently when I signed into a different account and then I signed back in and it said I had to purchase it. But I go to my library and it says installed but in the game, it's not there and it says I have to purchase it. It doesn't pop up in those transactions link.

Never mind. The problem has been resolved. I had to sign into a different account. I wasn't aware of all the restrictions and stuff.

When you use a Microsoft Account to sign into your computer it automatically signs into every service using that account. If you want to use different accounts for different services you'll need to sign in using a local account.

Is there a way for you to double check that you are signed into the same OneDrive account on both the XBOX and your PC/Device? In the past I had my XBOX signed into a OneDrive account that was different than what I was signing into on other devices and
I could never find my screenshots. Once I figured out what account the XBOX was sending the photo to, I was solid.

You're right! I never thought I was on a different account than the one Ive had for NINE YEARS.

I'm a moron who is signed into another account. Even though I only have ONE, and can only POSSIBLY sign into ONE!
