Game says I dont own it when I do

I bought the deluxe version of hogwarts legacy for my xbox series s and the pack comes with a digital copy for the xbox one and series s. The game works fine on my series s but when I try to download the game on my xbox one it says I don't own it. I'm on the same account I purchased it with. The game was working yesterday on the xbox one but it isnt working today so I thought id uninstall it and reinstall it to fix it but when I went to reinstall it says I dont own it I am mad and I want this fixed.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

First, check the status of the game on your account, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and make sure that it is stated as "completed". Once confirmed kindly remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

" REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

Were you able to check your order history and confirmed that it is showing as "completed"?

I have tried this and nothing is working its still saying that I do not own it

I also have a similar issue. A deviation reflected that game pass has been paid for but I'm online now and it is asking me to pay again.

I don't known what to do as I checked my account online and the purchase is not reflected. Perhaps Xbox servers for payments are experiencing issues?
