    Both skate 3 and battlefield 4 both say coming soon and wont let me play them. Keeps saying I'm too early but last I checked bf4 was released in 2013.

    the use of health packs was implied snake eater but it will more than likely be a carbon copy of squad heal from bfbc 2

    [/quote]Easy, it wouldn't. One of the vehicle perks doesn't work in hardcore, Maintenance.

    For balance, I would have it work as everyone has defibs somewhere in their kit. Or they would have a med sack somewhere in their kit. And I would think it would be something that would be available to all. But who knows.
