    Hello support,

    i am having troubles with my QB. I lost all my game saves and overall game progress twice already, first time lt was last week 7.4. in chapter 2. Today it happend 2nd time, saves lost in chapter 5, i can confirm i see save data in game manage on my xbox
    one (7,1MB).

    I tried to contact support via chat...tried to delete my account and log back, my xbox sync data then , but it unfortunately did not help me fix an issue

    My gametarg is , email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    please help me fix it and recover my save data as soon as possible. I really would not like to start the game 3rd time from begin.

    I lost my hole progress in Minecraft

    Hello. I lost my entire progress in game. Almost 180 hours of gameplay. It is possible to bring back my save from the xbox cloud from yestarday? (27.05.2018)

    I had some problems from time to time with syncing my saves in this game and today I lost all my progress even in xbox cloud.

    So I did factory reset today an hour or two ago (28.05.2018) and I lost all.

    Is BF4 getting any better online?

    Agreed, I've lost at least two saves now. What a pain in the ***.

    Considering its windows you lucky it even runs at all, when you buy a game these days it will be at least 6 months before you can play it.

    Eventually consumer laws will catch up and games will have to work from day 1, like they did 15 years ago.
