  1. Game saves compatibility question

Are Xbox 360 game saves compatible with the Xbox 1 version of the game? As in, if I had an Xbox 360 game and I got the Xbox 1 version of the game soon after, would the Xbox 1 version be able to grab the save file from the Xbox 360 version through the cloud
and play it? Assuming that both games are being played on their respective consoles.

    :)

  2. Mass Effect Trilogy and the Xbox One

So, I have two question. The first, regarding the Mass Effect Trilogy boxed set. Is it a box with a disk for each of the games, one two and three? Or is it a single disk with all three games on it?

The second question: is it a part of the backwards compatibility on the Xbox One?

I own an Xbox One but not a 360, so I can only play Mass Effect games if I use backwards compatibility. I could get each of the three games on disks individually, but if I can get the games with the boxed set, I could save $30.

    Hey PRO CUTLER,

Are you experiencing the cloud syncing issue when playing a Xbox One game or a Xbox 360 backwards compatibility game? If this is for a backwards compatibility game, did you ensure that the saves you're loading are syncing fully to the cloud? For steps on
moving your Xbox 360 game saves to the cloud, you can follow the steps on our
Xbox 360 Cloud Save support page
    .

    Thanks!

    Game saves compatibility question

It would depend on the game. The One version would be seen as different from the 360 version. Some games do allow some aspects of the 360 version to move to the One version, but not all.

DATI SALVATI SU UN GIOCO 360 .[DATA SAVED ON A GAME 360.]

DATA SAVED ON A GAME 360.

HAPPY EVERYONE IF I HAVE SAVED A GAME 360 NN STILL COMPATIBLE WITH XBOX ONE, IF I BUY THE XBX ONE GAME THE DATA SAVED THEIR RECOVERY ??????????

    Response:

    Hi there,

if the save game is correctly saved on Xbox Live via cloud storage and the 360 game is supported via Backwards compatibility on Xbox One and you are using the same account on Xbox One as on the Xbox 360 then the save game should be available.

For more information or questions regarding Backwards compatibility please see this link:

    Lost Persona5 game saves

Hello Tommaso! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

Unless a game is Xbox Game Anywhere, you are unable to cross platform save games. The cloud versions of games are basically the console version so the saves are not compatible with the PC version.

Transferring data across xbox 360 hard drive to Cloud Saved Games

    Hello Coolz,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Do you mean that the file sizes for the saved data average in Mbps, or that the upload speed is in Mbps? Any disc games that are backwards compatible will need to be installed on the Xbox One by placing
the disc in the console. Any digital backwards compatible games will show up in ready to install as soon as the account is placed on an Xbox One and signed in. We have a list of all

    backwards compatible games
. We have an article entitled
Xbox 360 Cloud Game Saves FAQ
which can answer several questions about cloud saved games. Be sure to let us know the results!

Saving progress locally for an xbox compatible game on Xbox Series X console

The answer to all 3 questions is no.

There is no way to navigate cloud storage by some other way.

There is no way to have your saves for your back compat games to be saved just locally on the consoles drive.

At the moment there is no user or consumer influence solution being worked on.
