Game save progress on two profiles - HELP

Me and my husband each have a profile on our new Xbox One.

We also bought the Lego Marvel Superhero's game (physical disc no download).

If I log in as me, and load the game, it has saved my gameplay - if he logs in it says he has not completed any of the game and it's 0%.

So if he wants to play our game (we usually play together, but he often plays alone to go get the bricks and stuff in the communial area) he can't unless I log in for him and let him in through my profile.

However, the x-box knows if I am in the room, if I am not he can't go in and play!

Any help?

I have the Batman Arkham city game, but i cant save my progress because the game says me "you're not connected to gamer profile". Whereas i could play and save my progress few months ago. Help me pls!

brand new xbox just out of box ...

cant create a profile so wont save my game progress ...took hard drive out put back in again still nothing .....? help

Hey Donna that is a strange. I am not sure exactly what to have you do. But what I would do is get a hold of xbox support and tell them what is going on. They may have a good solution on what to do or how to fix it. I hope that helps you out somewhat.

I think it's because when you guys are playing it, you are using Donna profile's save. When he is by himself he is loading his profile from his account therefore no save.

Hes got to load your profile in manually (by choosing the person) in order to load up your save. Thats something i been have to deal with Forza 5.

To answer your question yes, your game progress will be saved and unaffected weather you purchase the game digitally or get a disc.

Game progress is saved on your profile to the cloud.

Basically the game progress goes with your xbox profile.

It is against the terms of use to sell xbox profiles.

The game progress is not saved to the discs in anyway so if all you are doing is selling the discs themselves then the person that you are selling them to would have to sign into their own profiles and start the game from the beginning unless they have played
the game previously and has a game save/progress attached to that xbox profile that they are signed into.
