    okay so the issue I'm having is I've been playing fallout 4, so have my friends, i went to my friends house to play and signed into his console and played my game save, but after i saved and logged off his console and came back to my place, the game save
    doesn't show up on my console. we both have a constant connection to xbox live. my question is, is there a way to copy the game save off his console to a hard drive then copy it to my console so i can continue playing at home. also could the problem be that
    his internet speed is not fast enough and the saved game data has not been uploaded to the cloud yet

    MS messed up rushing this console out, hope they fix it with some much needed updates

    Yep, save game file gone after 2 days of playing Battlefield 4, along with problems a couple times in last month with losing video and just displaying black screen until I have to reset the xbox and cut it's power for a couple minutes. If I hadn't already
    invested in a few games I'd just take it back to walmart since it's still within their 90day return policy.

    In case of missing sync or lack of save upload at the cloud servers you lose your progress. Your only alternative in case of lost save is to play again that segment of the game

    Hey there VolcanicLynx861.

    If you haven't already tried, please give your Xbox One a full power cycle to see if there's any change. Hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off, then start it back up. If you're still having troubles, try removing your profile and add
    it back to see if that helps. Let us know how it goes :)
