    Game save files.


    How do you delete game save files??? I want to start Hexic HD from scratch so I can try and unlock a glitch cheevo.

    I've tried deleting the game, deleted cache, delete profile re-download all again and still no go.

    Cluster Buster wont unlock, even though I've got thousands of combos.

    Please help, my OCD for all cheevos unlocking is stressing me out...

    Question about save files

    Game save files can not be transferred between separate profiles.
    As to the location of save files, there are 2 separate ones. If you go to the game you want, press start on it, select manage game it'll bring up the game files and on the far right will be the save data. The other save area is in the cloud if your connected to the internet.

    I am sorry but I am afraid your save files are gone. When you delete your profile you are given 2 options

    1: Delete profile along with all data associated with the profile

    2: Delete profile only

    -

    If you did not do it correctly the save files were deleted, i am sorry to say.

    -

    If I recall correctly there is nothing you can do to get them back.

    Hi, you may be using cloud storage in which case you would need to delete the game save from both your Xbox and cloud in order to start the game over..

    [table][tr][td]Cluster Buster[/td][td]5 [/td][/tr][tr][td]25 Total Combos[/td][td] [/td][/tr][tr][td]A combo is when you match up 3 or more colors so they are all touching each other on at least one side. There is a high possibility you will get this in your first game.[/td][/tr][/table]

    Hay EBJ, I don't have cloud storage set up.

    I've tried multiple times deleting the game and downloading it again, then when I play the game I get the option of continuing an old game save... that's what I DONT want.

    Its the easiest achievement in the world and it frustrating having it not unlock.

    I've tried playing online, offline and also playing from internal hard drive and external hard drive.

    I apologize but there is no option to undo the changes that were made because the save file has been already replaced.

    Unfortunately you would have overwritten the newer saves when you selected the old ones. There would be no way to get them back.

    Where exactly can I find the save files? I can see the game itself under storage but no individual save files. The game is saving my options, so I'm assuming there's a save file somewhere.
