    Game save file not detected


    Hi,

    I have a physical disc of black ops 3, but I was not able to install it completely and it prompts an option that I can download it in MS Store, so I did and it happened when I have an active gamepass ultimate. I just noticed that after my subscription ended my save file is not being detected and the game wants me to start new campaign. But after a few days I decided to resubscribe then I noticed that there is now an option to continue my campaign. So I am wondering why?

    Hi there Elwin welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. This is really odd, never happened to me, but issues regarding the Ultimate subscription are usually solved by removing and readding your account! Next time I suggest doing that!

    Are you referring to remove my account in game or my actual account in my console?

    If I remove it in game will I lose my game save or will my downloaded games will be removed on my console?
