Game save error

We totally understand that you want to complete save your game and it seems that you are trying to load a game save that requires a downloadable content called "Useful Item Set" to be installed. Without this content, the game save cannot be loaded.



To resolve this issue, you will need to install the "Useful Item Set" downloadable content. You can do this by going to the game's store page and downloading the content from there. Once the content is installed, you should be able to load the game save without any issues.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your console.

The first thing I would try a full power cycle by shutting down the console and then unplug the console from the power wait for 5minutes and then turn it back on.

This clears the cache and refresh things.

If that doesn't work I would try a full factory reset on the console first make sure you have your email and password associated with the the account handy.

The Xbox One automatically saves games to the cloud while you are connected to the internet. Game progress will be saved in the cloud storage of the account currently logged in.

try uninstalling/reinstalling the game. it could be saved saved data error/corruption, delete your local game save data and refresh
