    Can I somehow return my game save data from last few days? I accidently deleted my character in Xenoverse 2 which I was playing for half a year.

    Can't play my roommate's digital games.

    No, redownloading the games will not affect his save data, the save data is saved to the cloud, and is not deleted.

    Do i lose all save data after i uninstall a game?

    Save data is separate from game data. So unless you delete the save data also, you won't lose it by uninstalling a game.

    Hi Klaudiusz,

    Thanks for your post. Save games are uploaded automatically to the cloud, to download the latest save data on the cloud, you must clear your local save games. You can delete local save games by entering
    Settings>System>Storage>Clear local save games after, the console will restart. Once the console restarts, launch the game, and the console will sync your saves from the cloud.

    I’m sorry to hear that.

    This sounds like there is corruption either in the game data or in the save file.

    Do you have a save data file that is older then your current save data?

    You could revert to the other save data to try to minimize loss, however if the save data is corrupted you will unfortunately lose all the save data and your progress.

    A way to test it would be to back up your save data somewhere inaccessible by the game and then try to launch the game with a brand new save.

    If the game works then you know it is corruption in your save data.

    Recovering deleted data

    Games are saved to the cloud if you are connected to the internet.

    If the cloud save wasn't synced, you can't get your save data back.

    Depending on the way you've deleted your game, you also deleted save data..

    You can see if the data is still there when you go to my games and apps and check if the save data is still there.

    Game not saving data

    This was happening to me. What you have to do is save the game and then completely
    exit out. Even if you turn your XBox off and back on the game is still running. You have to press
    [​IMG]
    and
    Quit to close it out. You can then go back in and see your saved game.
