Game Save Crashes on xBox One X - HELP!!

I have now read over 100 posts by xBox One X owners complaining of the same defect - the console first asks the user to delete their locally saved games (even if they don't have games saved locally!) and then proceeds to crash. All of the time! About ready
to chuck it in the bin and write off the expense - super frustrating. Can no one help?

Deformers crashing at startup

Deformers has been crashing on my Xbox One X since the update. The game goes to title screen and then crashes to Xbox's Home.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

You will not lose your games saves when you upgrade to the Xbox One X from Xbox One as your game saves are stored on the Cloud.

You don't have to transfer game saves from the Xbox One to the Xbox One X.

They (game saves) will sync once your console (Xbox One X) is connect to the internet.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

If that doesn't work you might also try a factory reset. Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, that does sound kind of frustrating.

If I were you, I'd try the steps here and see if following the steps here on our page entitled “My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during
gameplay” to help you out with the issue.

Give those steps a try and let us know if that resolved the problems

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

I performed the hard reset EXACTLY as described, then spent a couple of hours re-installing a game to see if it had worked, and... it didn't

I took the machine back to the store and they sent it away "to be repaired". I provided a detailed description of the problem, and provided clear and unambiguous steps on how the issue could be replicated.

The machine was returned to me two weeks later with a note that "no problems were found - the machine is working properly".

Since I had re-set the machine to the factory settings before taking it into the shop there were no games installed on it. The company that were supposed to repair it did not install a game to test the fault, and didn't have an xBox Live account to test
with either. Therefore, they performed exactly NO TESTS AT ALL.

Obviously the problem wasn't even investigated properly, and the machine was still faulty. So I threw a complete tantrum in the store and demanded a replacement machine (which they eventually gave me).

Case closed? We'll see but, so far so good...

So... this problem is affecting hundreds (maybe thousands?) of xBox One X owners... but no one seems to know how to resolve it? My console now crashes every session, and the error codes are no help at all. How many time do I need to delete my local saves?
It does NOTHING to fix the issue! Can anyone help?
