Game Room Question

I had recently redownloaded Game Room after wiping my system out due to another game glitch only to discover that none of the content is available for download. What's happened to Game Room for the 360? I had paid for content within that program include
a handful of games. Can I please get back what I paid for?? Thanks in advance.

I had TwinBee, Jackal, Gyruss, Asteroids, Enduro, Time Pilot, Millipede, a few decorations etc.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue, as we definitely want you to be able to play the content you've previously paid for.

There is currently a thread open detailing what you're experiencing, where we are gathering information from users about what's happening on their end. Within that thread, Mister Rush has asked for some further clarification and also has
offered some troubleshooting steps for you to try out. When you have some time set aside, please go ahead and answer the questions below and try out the suggested troubleshooting steps.

Are your console region and account regions both set to the same region that you are actually located in?

Have you done a license transfer for your Game Room content and redownloaded
any game packs that your paid for games would have been included in from your Download History?

Is it possible to try having the Game Room content located on a different storage device and then try launching the game and playing it?

If you are still unable to get in to the game and playing after trying the above steps, post back over in this thread detailing what you're experiencing, as well as, listing the model of console you are playing on so we can pass that info on. Thanks so much!

This may be a silly question, but you said you deleted the game to make room on your drive; are you sure you currently have enough room on the drive for the game? If not, that could be what is preventing a complete download.

I posted 2 separate questions on this forum... one about how to use a headset within a large media room when the equipment is inside a closet inside the media room and the 2nd question was about how to use a Kinect in the same environment.

Basically, both questions are about how to use the accessories for an xbox when the xbox is inside a media room closet which sits inside a large media room

Just because it says they would get updated weekly doesnt mean they will. Theres tons of games that claim they would get dlc and havent.
