Game Room packs have disappeared!

So I tried to do as requested - I found the download history and redownloaded the original game and all 13 game packs. Game started, got into it but found my arcade was wiped clean. Redid 2 floors of themes. Can't download any additional games. Exited
out and restarted. Saw the arcade was wiped clean again. Then surprise, surprise game froze and locked up the Xbox. Yeah that worked (total sarcasm).

Have you tried from within Game Room, or just on the site? I'm not sure why just the one pack was removed, but things do get ramdomly delisted sometimes.

EricFraga - There is no update at this time. We are still working with teams to sort this issue out. Once I have more information on this, I'll be sure to bump this thread.

I'm fully behind Mr Xenon's idea as well.

I also saw the comment about removing specific games from tags which isn't allowed by Microsoft. Can you explain why? It seems like the only person it would impact is the gamer and again it seems like an unfair restriction. Microsoft are the reason some
of us can't complete game room so why can't we remove it from our gaming history? The same rule should apply for any game where the developer/publisher has prevented gamers from finishing their games.

 

Which would undermine the whole system.

So I see this isn't fixed yet.

 

I'm having the same issue and am not able to play my previously purchased content. Even though I re-downloaded the packs, it says I haven't made any purchases when I press A on "My Arcade".

I performed troubleshooting with online chat support. Our case # is 1309287059.

 

Might as well delete the Game Room - they apparently are never going to fix it. I have re-downloaded as instructed - game still freezes on an empty arcade. I am going to just go buy the Intellivision Flashback and maybe one of the others for my retro gaming
needs.

 

Would it be possible to get a refund for the money I spent on these games that I no longer have access to. If a game is delisted I can still re-download and play it. This is complete bull! No longer being able to buy games for Game Room is one thing but
to take away the games I did pay for- that is unacceptable!!

 

I too am having this problem. I have purchased several Game Packs, downloaded them again, checked my license transfer, and it does not detect any of my gamepacks. This is THEFT Microsoft! Fix it or REFUND!
