    Game Reviews Not Loading in Xbox Store


    Most of the time, I find that the reviews section of a games 'page' in the store on xbox one is slow to load. As of yesterday around 99% of review sections I attempted to view were not loading correctly at all. Just showing a big blank scrollable space where
    the reviews should be, if l scroll right down to the bottom of the empty space the last couple of reviews appear, if I then attempt to scroll back up or navigate to the next set of reviews (if there is one) it all goes blank again. I initially thought this
    was due to the Xbox live service issues yesterday, however this problem persists.

    I can't load any of the individual product pages. They all say this after a few seconds.

    Hey PzykoSkillz

    If after trying a power cycle the issue persists what we should try is a

    Soft Factory Reset     (while keeping games and apps) the issue might be on your console, try the steps listed and let us know how it goes

    Not sure if it is a bug at this stage, I thought it might be a good idea to see if others were experiencing the same issue first.

    Xbox won't refund digital copy but policy says different

    My playtime is 1hr and 43mins! Just checked. I've seen countless Reddit post saying about crashes/game breaking bugs!

    The Microsoft store reviews has loads and loads of people saying the same

    I would check out video reviews on youtube. Not just one person's review but watch multiple reviews to get a good idea of the game. There are real reviews on the xbox store. I write reviews about games and apps on the xbox store, I discuss the good
    and bad parts and if there are any bugs.

    Not being able to download from the Xbox App on the storepage.

    I have the same problem and I really tried all the steps. Xbox App is broken since last update. There are many reviews on the Microsoft Store about the Xbox App which tell all the same. Games can't be downloaded, App is "freezing"/not loading anything after selecting one game, only can be closed over the task manager.

    Microsoft needs to fix it asap.
