game return and refund

Discus and support game return and refund in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My kid purchased a game on Xbox one by mistake. Now i want to return and get refund of that item.     My kid purchased a game on Xbox one by mistake. Now i want to return and get refund of that item. Is that possible and what is procedure for that.

    Cannot start Campaign mode - loads to 100% and gets kicked back to main menu

    Return the game and get a refund, is my solution.

    Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. If for some reason you are unable to play your game within an hour and contacted Microsoft Support about it, you would be suggested to contact the developer about said issues. If the developer can't guarantee that your
    problem can't be fixed, contact Microsoft Support again and have some documented evidence (screenshot of your contact with developer, or links to the message board topic in question), and they will give a refund. This is how I got my refund for EverSpace.
    Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 might be next for me personally, since I can't even start the damn game.

    MT13MT, in that case, Microsoft doesn't collect any devices directly at your home. You would have to take it to the nearest post office indicated by Microsoft on the email which you will receive after creating a service order for your device. :)
