Game restrictions

I have my sons Microsoft account set to allow all games with no restrictions but when my son tries to download Call of Duty Black Ops 2 it says it is rated above user restrictions. He has other games rated the same with no problem. What should I do for
him to be able to download?

Sorry to hear it. If this is an in game restriction then you'll need to contact bungie. You could try these forums for more help https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Topics/?tg=Help or by posting

If this is a content issue then it is known by bungie who are working on it. At the moment some in game content is locked out for people who have not purchased the Curse of Osiris DLC.

I had to get the family leaders password to access it everytime as well
