Game restriction

My son has been restricted on Density 2. We can't find out how long this restriction will last or why it has been put in place. No one else in his clan has been restricted. There is no way of contacting Bungie which I find rather odd when we are the paying
customer. Does anyone have any advice?

when restricting game it’s give you age options and it skips the restriction of M. From PG to MA15+. We need to restrict him so he can play games up to M only

You can't bypass age restrictions. The restrictions on that game were placed there by the game's developers, not Microsoft.

If this is a content issue then it is known by bungie who are working on it. At the moment some in game content is locked out for people who have not purchased the Curse of Osiris DLC.

 

The ban on destiny rarely happens .... evidently has undergone too many reports, entering from pc on the bungiee site you will find a message explaining the reason for the restriction.
