Game replacement

I have had my cod ww2 game fo about 8 to 9 months and all of the sudden my console won’t read it. I tried it on my friend’s console and it won’t read it either? Is there any solution to this problem? Can Microsoft still replace my game after all this time?

Buying replacement game

Another suggestion is to keep game disc that you play frequently in a CD sleeve. The will minimise the wear and tear due to taking the game disc out from the case.

Hey! Since the content is downloaded you can buy a used copy and use it. To prevent the small cracks make sure to take the disc out every time you turn of your Xbox. The reason why is because when its off and there is a lot of movement the disc will get
lodged out of place and it will be spinning in a wobbly way. Also putting it in the box easily help. Hope this helped you. Cheers!

Hi! First off it depends on where you bought the game if they will return it. But after that long it's probably unlikely. Have you checked if there are any scratches on the disc which could prevent the console from reading it? Besides that you might want
to perform a power cycle in order to see if that fixes the issue: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

but its a new refurb console complete. only thing from old is hard drive?
