I purchased Neverwinter Nights on the xbox store last year and haven't got round to properly playing it.

Last night tried to play the game but came up with the launch issue with not owning the game or needing the disc to play.

Tried restarting the Xbox fully and went to uninstall the game to reinstall it. The store then said I didn't own the game and I couldn't install it again.

I've been through my entire account purchases and the game isn't showing up there. I have an achievement for the game so my account can show I did have the game at one point. I also have a photo of said achievement with my gamer tag on show as well.

I did put this forward to an xbox gamer agent who said she was going to pass this issue onto another agent but haven't heard since and I cant open another question on the live chat

    :)
No, I don't have any achievements. Soooo, how can I remove it?
Really? Did you play the game at all? You get 1 five point achievement in GTA IV just for starting the game.

If you just want to delete the save game information for it, you can go to your System Settings > Memory > Storage Device > Games and press "Y" on Grand Theft Auto IV to delete it. If you purchased the game on your account via the marketplace, there is no
way to remove the license from the account itself.

    Hi Webify,

There is 1 solution you can try... it requires making another account. What you can do, you can take full controll of the account with GTA V on it by changing all the login info so he no longer have access to the account, then make a child account for him
to use. Setting one up is easy and you can set the restrictions from all the information provided by others in this post. After that, you should have full controll on what you son can play and download.
