Game remakes or anniversary editions

An HD collection of all the past GTA games would be nice, but I honestly think it's time they start to focus on just new games. I think it's best to do HD remakes of older games, instead of Xbox and PS2 games, do even older. Game that probably most of the
younger crowd wont know about.

 

A new Bloodrayne remake would be awesome, my partner was saying she used to play it for hours on end on her PS2 long before it died. For Christmas I found her bloodrayne and bloodrayne 2 for original Xbox on eBay for cheap. She didn't know they were released
on original Xbox as well. I remember playing the first game back in the day on my original Xbox. Good times.

 

Whats bloodrayne it sounds good.

 

Granted Egg makes a great point but that nostalgia was AMAZING. In all seriousness I've only played the Halo 1 Anniversary edition and had alot of fun with it again. I just hope they don't go back start making anniversary editions for all older games or
it would just get annoying. :/

 

I al wanted to play tes morrowind but my xbox broke. An anniversary would be nice.

 

I don't particularly mind remakes as long as they stay true to the original, unlike Tomb Raider Anniversary, sure it looks better but ad far as gameplay and atmosphere goes l don't think it held up to the original.

I wouldn't mind a reboot of Jade Empire and Sudeki, or better yet a sequel for them. They both deserve to rise from the ashes of doomed cancellation!

 

I've only played the Bloodrayne arcade title, but I loved it so much I bought the original games for the Xbox. Just waiting for them to arrive. So I'll see if they're worthy of a remake.

After playing the first Ninja Garden, that game needs a remake. I would throw money at them for that.

 

I prefer Anniversary editions. Preferably those of a lengthy amount of time (10th and forward). I'd like a chance to actually miss the game in question before publishers talk about re-releases.

 

I'll preferred a Pirates Gold! remake.

More likely they would use the multiplayer from the current Halo game on the market. Just as Halo CE Anniversary used the multiplayer from Halo Reach.

I believe that is because Anniversary was updated from the original code of Halo: CE which did not support online MP. There was no Xbox Live at the time.

 

i don't want to see a single remake or anniversary or reboot or whatever. i want fresh new unique ips that change the rules of gaming. we got a ton of great new series last gen, we should get more this generation. i am super excited for games like destiny
and the division and watch_dogs and all the other new titles coming simply because that's what they are: new. they'll, hopefully, give us new experiences and new ways of looking at how a game should/could be played. undoubtedly we'll see reused tropes and
old gameplay, but the hope of something new will always be there when a new ip is announced.
