Game remakes or anniversary editions

I do not want games that have already been created to be remade, in general. Why start a new generation with a whole bunch of remakes that will never be as good as the first ones? You want Gears of War remade? The same series that put four games out in this
generation?

If developers remade games like that we'd barely see anything new.However, I would like to see Brute Force II as the first game was great and it never got the sequel it deserved. This is not a remake, however.

Halo: CEA apparently sold really well.

So I mean I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the remake a Halo 2 Anniversary edition at some point as well.

 

HD remakes opinions?

I wouldn't worry about that. I'm sure they've got a plan for a Halo 2 HD remake.

But it would have been nice if they bundled a Halo 2 HD remake in the anniversary edition.

 

Alot of anniversary editions are remade for the fans of the game. Fable anniversary is a game set to come out in february this year for Xbox 360 due to it being a huge success in popularity for the original Xbox. No doubt it is also for profit but the main
reason for it being made is it was a great game that many people bought an original Xbox to play. One of the same reasons Halo anniversary was made as Halo CE was a system seller as well and is why Microsoft has had so much success in the console market. My
point is these two games created huge fan bases and as a way to say thanks to the fans remakes are a nice gesture.

 

When I want to express my thanks, I don't usually do it badly and charge for it.

 

I would love to see a KOTOR and KOTOR 2 remake like the original Xbox games for 360. But it probably will never happen due to the Starwars franchise being sold off to Disney.

 

Both of those games work on the 360, though the second game does get laggy in heavier combat.

 

Would love to see Project Gotham Racing 2 get a HD makeover, easily the best online experience I had on the old xbox.

[/quote] KOTOR ran horribly on my 360 to the point that gave up on it. I do have it on PC now though.

I find this topic funny seeing as I bought the Jak and Daxter Collection on the PS3.

Thankfully, it works well on mine although I've also got it on PC Loved those two games.

 

The game kept freezing and everyone stuttered during dialogue. It was bad.

 

I tried playing KOTOR on my 360 up to the point where you crash land on Taris and it would freeze my 360. KOTOR 2 does not freeze but has distorted audio issues. I ended up just buying an old second hand original xbox to play them again. A HD remake of both
games for the 360 would be awesome with achievements.

 

I want new games not remakes.

Fable Anniversary is what I´ll maybe get but I will def get Fable Legends.

 

I wish bethesda made a lord of the ring game.

 

Star Wars:KotOR series,Star Wars:Republic Commando and Godzillaestroy all Monsters and nothing else.Would have been Star Wars:Battlefront to but it's in the makes or rumored to be.
