    It doesn't say anything about this in enforcement? It just says no chat, game chat, messages, skype, and content sharing, So my question is why is the mass effect apex hq app now telling me it can't link to my xbox profile because of privacy settings despite
    having nothing to do with communicating? Does the ban affect my privacy settings?

    Oh and I see alot of people posting here about how after a ban ends they still can't talk? Is that just super common and always happens? Because f so how do I avoid it?

    Xbox chat not working after communications ban

    This has been known to help.

    Remove/delete the GT from the console.

    Power cycle the console.

    Restart the console, and recover the GT.

    Xbox chat not working after communications ban

    I was recently suspended for communications for two weeks. I served those two weeks but when I now try and talk it says "your privacy settings prevent chat with some people." My suspension has been over for a week and a half now and I still cannot talk or
    send messages. Ive done all resets possible I need to get someone who can actually help me and not just give me the same response. Ive even made an entirely new account with new email and I still cannot speak. This leads me to believe it is a console problem
    considering when I go on that accounts enforcement history it is completely clean. I need help and this is a huge waste of xbox live considering I cannot use all its features.

    On a related note, I can't get the damn thing to work. Tried to replay the game after it was over, didn't work. Tried it on my computer, it worked fine. If you can't actually watch games after they finish this app will be useless for me (due to blackouts).
    And I was actually going to buy another xbox tomorrow primarily as a vehicle for this app, so I hope I/they can get it working.

    After the screen blacks up and returns to the App, does it return with the game or does it close the game or the App?

    If it continues with the game normally, this may be related to the video card, the drive may have to do some refresh or adaptation to show the image.
