    Game refusing to install


    I bought Forza Motorsport 7 a while ago using the Microsoft store and for some reason, it was uninstalled, this would have been fine but when I attempted to reinstall it there is no progression on the download, it remains at 0b out of 99GB and instead says it is available to play immediately and then proceeds to download all of the add ons. When I then check my games library the game is there as if I never installed it and the process just repeats, no files are ever being downloaded or installed

    I have tried all of the logging out and restarting suggestions that I have seen and nothing has worked

    I have already done the reset step previously but I can try it again, there arent any folders relating to Forza Motorsport 7 in the windowsapp folder so nothing to delete there

    Try the reset steps that I share it please, also you could try looking for the game files on the windowsapp folder and delete them before trying to reinstall

    I reset the app and restarted my pc and also installed it in a different location and I am still having the same issue
