Game refuses to load

I have 2 physical discs,that just won't load. I out them in and nothing happens . No error code,no prompt ,no nothing,just blankness. I moved recently and had to get a new account and reinstall all my games ,which went fine, when I went to play these particular
2 ,they won't load. I uninstalled them both and have been trying for hours to redownload them, with no luck at all,I put the disc in and nothing happens . Contacted at least 15 different support techs, and and they all say it's a hardware problem ,but it reads
my other 5 physical discs,and 2 digital games with absolutely no problems what so ever . Asked for a swap to a digital copy,and that was like blasphemy. ****? I even said I don't mind losing one of the games cause I didn't really play it much ,but I play the
other one all the damn time. Just more proof that Microsoft doesn't give a **** about customers. Soon as this console **** itself ,I'm going straight to PS. **** is absolutely ridiculous

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your game error.

If I may ask, may I know which platform are you trying to launch the game, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

Also is the game, a disc game, a digitally purchased game, or a free game from a subscription?

May I know what is the title of the game?

Does this happen to all of your games or just specifically to this game?

Same problem; I downloaded the first Fable game and it just refuses to load.

Hi Hunter, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
