    Game refuses to load after purchasing?


    Hi all out there. Hope someone can shed light onto this?

    Problem:

    Forza Motorsport 7 Standard Edition will not load after purchasing it and registering the serial number. It was bought from cdkeys.com of whom told me to contact xbox/community. To play on the
    PC which is possible along with the Xbox.

    Further Details:

    I initially played the game free as a Game Pass Ultimate member (currently am for a couple more weeks). To try every avenue, I decided to cancel my Game Pass Sub and actually purchase the game via cdkeys.com, hoping this would rectify the
    issue. I entered the serial number once again - but to my horror the same message appeared. I tried un-installing the software and re-installing it/shut down Pc etc, but the same message re-appears?

    (as in image below).

    How to solve?

    Will my hero out there be able to solve this problem and let me play my favorite series, before I have to ask for a refund within 14 days since 18 Oct 2020? Please help?

    I cannot purchase XBox 360 games anymore, whether via my XBox One console nor the Xbox Marketplace website

    I’ve had the same issue ever since the October console update. I haven’t tried to purchase a game since I refuse to buy digital games, but none of my backwards compatible games are loading anymore and I haven’t been able to play any of them. The problem
    started the day after the update and Microsoft refuses to acknowledge any problems.

    Update: After unplugging the xBox I finally got the game to load normally but now it freezes on the main menu and refuses to do anything else. =[

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your game error.

    If I may ask, may I know which platform are you trying to launch the game, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

    Also is the game, a disc game, a digitally purchased game, or a free game from a subscription?

    May I know what is the title of the game?

    Does this happen to all of your games or just specifically to this game?
