Game Refund

Is there anyway to speak to someone in the refund team or a supervisor? I purchased Halo Master Chief for windows by accident instead of the Xbox version. I didn't know it was the windows version until customer service told me. I requested a refund which
was denied because they say the game was played. That is false though because I don't own a windows computer, I use a Mac. I've already sent two replies to the denial email address and they keep saying the same thing.
