how can I refund forza horizon 3 if I bought it of the Xbox store

Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
down to only $48.99 each.

Digital games, as the
official policy states, are NOT eligible for a refund once purchased, unless if the game was corrupted.

If it's been REALLY soon since you just purchased the game (24 hours?), you can try to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and see if customer service will help. No guarantees though, but always worth a try.

Generally, sales on digitally delivered goods are final. I'd suggest disc-based games if this does not suit your fancy.
